How are you priced?

Fixed-fee per engagement (Diagnostic / Pilot → Production / Operator Retainer above). No T&M, no day-rates. We eat overruns; that's the trade.

What about data security?

ISO 27001:2022 certified, SOC 2 Type II in progress (Q4 2026). EU-only data residency by default; on-prem deployment available for regulated workloads. NDA + DPA signed before any data crosses.

How fast can you start?

Median 9 business hours from a 6-line note to a yes/no/refer. If we're a fit, kickoff within 2 weeks. The Q3 2026 calendar has 2 slots open as of this morning.

Who do you work best with?
